The ingredients needed to cook Gud papdi:
- Take 1 cup of wheat flour.
- Provide 3/4 cup of jaggery (loose gud).
- Provide 3/4 cup of desi ghee.
- Get 2 tsp of milk.
Instructions to make Gud papdi:
- Take a pan and ghee.
- Ghee melt after add wheat flour and roaste in slow gas.
- Roaste it with stirring continuously till the flour colour change and get roasted aroma of the flour.
- Add 2tsp milk in a pan mix well and off the gas add jaggery in the roaste flour mix well.
- Take a one plate add all mixer spread properly in to plate.
